There is no better way to keep yourself motivated, learn about how to get the best out of your surgery and to be filled with the inspiration needed to succeed than during a fun and exciting weekend with the WLS Group specialist team. This weekend programme has been designed exclusively for us and includes group sessions on :-
- Physical activity – suited to your individual abilities
- Behaviour modification – how to work with the surgery you have had
- How to deal with the head hunger
- How to make the most of your ‘ever changing’ figure
- Hitting the wall - how to get over the plateau
- Nutrition education - recipes for life after weight loss surgery
We will also have motivational speakers, including patients and celebrities who are ‘living’ the journey to guide you through yours.
Our next weekend is to be held at The De Vere Hotel , Herons Reach in Blackpool and will be in a controlled, fun and exciting environment, using a realistic approach that will allow you to continue your progress at home.
We will focus on issues of self esteem, self confidence and personal growth so no matter what stage of the journey you are on you will find the weekend exceptionally beneficial and rewarding.
Each day you will be able to attend a programme of activities to suit your needs, requirements and abilities.
